「Urban Tech」をコンセプトに、洗練された都会的なテクノロジー校舎を計画しました。
近年の東京の温暖化対策を踏まえ、遮熱効果を高める浮遊感のある白ルーバーを設置。ファサードはガラス越しにLEDメッシュスクリーンの映像が見える構成とし、学生作品や学校の新しい取り組みを外部へ発信できるようなロビーとしました。モノトーンを基調とし、機能性と快適性を両立させた、シンプルで力強いデザインとしています。エントランスロビーは２Fからも眺めることが出来、開放的な空間が広がります。また２Fのプレゼンテーションルーム＆ギャラリーは可動式のパネルとパーティションで授業時やイベント時に、様々な使い方ができます。地域に開かれた学校としての姿を示すとともに、未来の都市とテクノロジーを象徴する新たな学びの場を目指しました。
With the concept of “Urban Tech,” we aimed to create a sophisticated, urban technology-focused school building. In response to Tokyo’s growing need for heat mitigation, floating white louvers were installed to enhance solar shading. The façade allows the LED mesh screen inside to be visible through the glass, while the lobby functions as a space to share student works and the school’s new initiatives with the public. The interior adopts a monochrome palette, simple yet powerful design. The entrance lobby can also be viewed from the second floor, creating a sense of openness. The second-floor presentation room and gallery feature movable panels and partitions, allowing flexible use for classes or events. The facility presents a new landmark symbolizing the future of urban life and technology.
