配送について｜Shipping & Delivery

■商品の配送は、通常「ヤマト運輸（クロネコヤマト）」にてお届けいたします。

■食器、インテリア雑貨等は配送日時指定を承ります。
　・お受け取り希望日は、ご注文日から＋6日以降のご指定が可能です。
　・お受け取り希望時間帯は、下記よりご選択いただけます。
　　｜ 午前中（8時～12時）｜ 14時～16時 ｜ 16時～18時 ｜ 18時～20時 ｜ 19時～21時 ｜

■受注生産・メーカー直送の商品は、お届けまでにお時間をいただく場合がございます。
　他の商品とは同梱はできませんので予めご了承くださいませ。
　正確な納期はお買い上げ後、メールにてご連絡いたします。

■受注生産・メーカー直送の商品は、各メーカー指定の配送業者でのお届けとなります。
　ヤマト運輸宅急便の送料やお届け時間指定と異なる場合がございますので、予めご了承くださいませ。

■受注生産・メーカー直送の場合、納品書の添付を承ることができません。納品書が必要な場合は別途お申し付けください。

■ Products are usually delivered by "Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato)".

■ For tableware, interior goods, etc., you can specify the delivery date and time.
　・ You can specify the desired date of receipt after +6 days from the date of your order.
　・ You can select the desired pick-up time from the following.
　　| Morning (8:00 to 12:00) | 14:00 to 16:00 | 16:00 to 18:00 | 18:00 to 20:00 | 19:00 to 21:00 |

■ It may take some time for the products made to order and shipped directly from the manufacturer to be delivered.
　Please note that it cannot be bundled with other products.
　The exact delivery date will be notified by email after purchase.

■ Made-to-order products and Products sent directly from the manufacturer will be delivered by the delivery company specified by each manufacturer.
　Please note that the shipping fee and delivery time specified by Yamato Transport may differ.

■ In the case of build-to-order manufacturing or direct shipment from the manufacturer, we cannot accept the attachment of the delivery note.
　If you need a delivery note, please let us know.
